because we can get possible numbers = 6

Now when throw a die and get a number which is non prime ( a number divisible by self and by other number) the preferred events will be n(S) = 2 (number 4 and 6).

So probability of getting a non prime number
P=(n(E))/(n(S))=(2)/(6)=(1)/(3)

Therefore answer is
