Answer:

y=(-1)/(2)x +3

Explanation:

Take any two points from the graph

(2 , 0) ; (0 , -4)

Slope =
(-4-0)/(0-2)\\\\

= (-4)/(-2)\\\\= 2

Slope of the perpendicular line = -1/m = -1/2 = -1/2

m = -1/2 ; (-4 , 5)

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 5 = (-1)/(2)(x -[-4] )\\\\y - 5= (-1)/(2)(x + 4)\\\\y - 5 = (-1)/(2)x +(-1)/(2)*4\\\\y-5 = (-1)/(2)x -2\\\\y = (-1)/(2)x-2+5\\\\y=(-1)/(2)x + 3
