Answers: A & C.

The factors which contributed to European dominance in the 19th and 20th centuries are as follows:

1. European government found means to sponsor expensive wars, majorly through the creation of national Central Banks, which gave loans to governments in order to fund widespread military expansion. The governments were able to pay back the loans with the profits they made from colonization and imperialism.

2.
There was organization of labor on an international basis, such that labor came in great part from other countries, where the labor was much less expensive.
