Think about a time you acted in anger. What made

you angry, and what did you do? Do you think that
there was a secondary emotion (hurt, frustration,
(embarrassment, etc.) that was the real issue as
opposed to the anger? Do you think it would have
been better to wait to until your anger cooled to
act? Explain your answers in detail.

I don't really get angry, but this one time my friend's and I had plans made for weeks and they all blew me off the day we were supposed to hang out. Out of nowhere, they all went to the mall without me. I didn't do too much about it, there was 100% a secondary emotion. I was angry and hurt. As I said, I didn't do much about it, but I did ask them why. I never got a full answer,, but I was accidentally pretty nasty towards them, so it wouldve been better for me to wait until I was cooled off. Hope this helped!
