m=y2-y1/ x2-x1 or change in y over change in x.

m is 5/-3.

the formula is

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-1=-5/3(x--3)

y-1=-5/3(x+3)

y-1=-5/3X+5

Y=-5/3x +6
