the answer is C. you basically just multiply the power of 10 outside of the parenthesis, and multiply it by each power inside the parenthesis.

(5^10 * 7^14)^10 =
5^(10 * 10) * 7^(14 * 10) =
5^100 * 7^140....its C....because ur multiplying the exponents
