The presidency of Franklin Delano Roosevelt started in 1933, after the American people were unpleased with President Herbert Hoover. The first set of New Deal programs were major fails, it’s only when the second set of programs were rolled out from 1936-1938, that the country started moving again. And yes, all these programs are associated with President Roosevelt, and this put workers with the exception of many domestic workers (African Americans and women) back to work.
