These courts with very specific jurisdictions are examples of what can collectively be referred to in the legal parlance as "inferior trial courts". They are, in fact, trial courts with full legal authority, just as other courts are. However, they differ from what are called "general courts" or "superior courts" in that they have a limited, fixed purview constrained to the subject matter specified in their titles. This allows for greater efficiency and focus on certain case types, but prevents them from taking the full breadth of cases which exist.

The answer is inferior trial courts
The word 'inferior' is caused by the cases that came into this court usually has a very low stake.
Most people who came into this court do not need an assistance from a lawyer, and the case could easily be over by pleading guilty and paying $50 - $250 fine.
