The correct answer is (B) He did not place the author's name at the beginning of the citation. When citing the source, there are different styles, but all of them have core elements you should use (general pieces of information that MLA suggests). In your citation, the core elements should be listed in the following order: author, title of source, title of container, other contributors, version, number, publisher, publication date and location.
