The ghost shows him his grave when he dies. Scrooge breaks down and cries begging for mercy. The ghost of scrooge has had the biggest impact on scrooge himself.

It makes him think about what will happen to him if he continues to be greedy and grouchy, and in the end, it has the most effect on Scrooge.
