Out of these four things, the least distinctive for the living thing would probably be "movement".

Metabolism is a strong sign of a living thing since it's the exact same thing keeping it alive.

Cellular organization is definitely a #1 sign of a thing being alive. Things that are not alive simply don't have cells!

Homeostasis is similar to metabolism - it's a sign of a thing being alive because it's the process that keeps it alive and balanced.
