Would you expect to find chloroplasts in a root cell?Explain please.

No, chloroplasts are in the leaf of a plant, and contain chlorophyll, a green pigment thay assists in the process of photosynthesis. Roots are under ground, so there is no evolutionary reason to have chloroplasts in the roots.
