Given that the line passes through points (-1,3) and slope 2, the equation will be given by:
m(x-x1)=y-y1
where m is the slope.
thus plugging the values we get:
2(x-(-1))=y-3
2(x+1)=y-3
2x+2=y-3
thus
y=2x+2+3
y=2x+5
thus the equation of the line is y=2x+5
thus when x=0, y=5
hence another point is (0,5)
