y = 2/3x - 2
u have a slope of 2/3.....u have a y int (where the line crosses the y axis) at -2 or (0,-2)
the x int (where the line crosses the x axis) is when y = 0...so sub 0 in for y and solve for x
0 = 2/3x - 2
-2/3x = -2
x = -2 * - 3/2
x = 6/2
x = 3....so ur x int is 3 or (3,0)

so u have a y int of (0,-2) and an x int of (3,0)...with a slope of 2/3
that is gonna be graph : the 3rd graph from the left

Hello!

So you have the slope and the y-intercept from the equation:

slope = 2/3
y-intercept = -2

Now, you can look for the slope and the y-intercept in each of the graphs to find that your answer is Graph C.

I hope this helps :))
