6 x 3/4 = (6 × 3)/4 = 18/4 = 4,5 pounds

I’m assuming your asking how many pounds Maria used.
Divide 6 by 4.
6/4= 1.5
Multiply that by 3.
1.5*3= 4.5
She uses 4.5 pounds of chocolate in her recipe.
