If the bill is approved after the third reading, it will be submitted to the House of Representatives for consideration. It will undergo a process through the committee, reading, and voting is repeated. If it passed there, with the approval of both houses, it will be sent to the President with the final copy. It depends on the President: either he will sign it and make it a law or just veto it. If the President decided to veto the bill, it still has a chance to become a law without his signature. What the Congress has to do is just to override a presidential veto.
