According to the site, what kind of information should the customer include in a letter of complaint?

They should include why they are filling the complaint and what the complaint is for. Also how to best address the issue

A letter of complaint may include the following::::

  1. day and date
  2. address where letter will be sent
  3. address of sender
  4. subject:why complaint is being done
  5. date of purchase,model,serial number
  6. warranty period :whether under warranty or out of warranty
  7. Guarantee::::is product under any guarantee ?
  8. suggestion as to how to resolve particular complaint
  9. threat::if the seller does not pay attention to your complaint,you might go to Consumer Court.
