750/1000 = 0.75 litres

Now we need to find no of moles of NaOH.

As we know, no of moles = mass /molar mass

no of moles =60 grams / 40

no of moles= 1.5 moles

Putting the values of no of moles and volume in equation 1

Molarity= mole\volume ----> 1

=1.5 moles/ 0.75 litres

=2 M

So the answer will be 2 Molar.
