Answer:

c. if m=1, we get same rational number 10/15=2/3

so 2/3=2/3. ( it supports inequality)

if we put unsupporting value (2) , we're going to get 100/225=4/9. if we find common denominator, we will get 4/9≥6/9which is not correct . (it doesn't supports)
