I think the answer is choice B.

Answer is 4:2 (choice B)

AB is 4 units while A'B' is 2 units. The ratio of the sides is simply gluing these two numbers together with a colon symbol in between to get 4:2. We can reduce this to get 2:1, but your teacher has decided not to do this.
