In ∆RQT,
R = 40°
Q = x-60°
T = x

By Angle sum property,
Angle R+Angle Q+Angle T = 180°
40°+(x-60°)+x = 180°
40+x-60+x = 180
2x-20 = 180
2x = 200
x = 100

Measure of Angle T is 100°.
