The correct answer is B) "Growing Urban Middle Class".

The introduction of the Factory System during the 19th century brought drastic changes in regards to the type of workforce needed for operations within industries.

Previously skilled workers were no longer necessary with the introduction of machines that were able to generate higher levels of output and be operated by lesser-skilled workers, such as women and children.

Women were hired in the textile industry. They were able to increase their income, as the salaries they got by working in factories were considerably higher in comparison to doing housework.

This was a turning point, as women started to empower themselves and start the first movements in order to obtain more rights.
