Each of the letters of the word MISSISSIPPI are written on a piece of paper and then put into a bag. A piece of paper is drawn at random. What is the theoretical probability, as a decimal, of drawing an I? Round the decimal to the nearest hundredth.

Answer: 4/11 which is 36.36% and a percent.
