Answer:

Y= 2x + 7

Explanation:

Since 2 doesn’t necessarily have a pair, it’s the x-intercept. Then take y = mx+b and subsitute -3 for x and 2 for m.

The equation will now look= (2)*(-3) + b= 1 . Multiply 2 and -3 to get -6.

Then add six to each side to get 7 for the y-intercept.
