John can create 3 apps in 6 weeks while Ben can do the same job in 2 weeks. How many weeks would it take them to create 10 apps together?

It is simple logic, you can only create what you have, so in what Ben can make in 6 weeks is 9 apps and john creates 3 apples in 6 weeks, so if you do the math, you get 12 apps in 6 weeks all together.

Explanation:

Rate of John would be
(3Apps)/(6Weeks)=(0.5Apps)/(1Week)

So John's rate is 0.5 apps per week


Rate of Ben would be
(3Apps)/(2Weeks)=(1.5Apps)/(1Week)

So Ben's rate is 1.5 apps per week.


So, in 1 week, two of them together can create
1.5+0.5=2 apps

So it would take them
(10)/(2)=5 weeks to make 10 apps, together.
