The reaction rate would be faster than the rate at 65°C, and the reaction rate would be slower than the rate at 95°C. When any substance is heated, the reaction potential is always elevated along side it, since the particles in said substance are moving faster, meaning it has more opportunities to interact with other substances, making a faster reaction. Obviously 0°C is lower than 85°C, so it wouldn't be slower, and of course 65°C is lower than 85°C, so it won't be equal.
