That being the case, the only answer you can deal with for sure is D. D represents the amount of profit after 4 years and it is cumulative which means that it builds up to 10 million which it reaches at the end of 4 years.

I have no idea what to do with the 7.5 million or why you would start in the minus region as in AB and C.

I have no particular attachment to D, but I can't do anything meaningful with that 7.5 either. If you have an instructor that you can appeal to, I would be sure and do it.
