We need to find out the perpendiclar so arranging the equation

1296 - 841 = (Perpendicular)²

455 = (Perpendicular)²

Taking Square root on both sides

√455 = √(Perpendicular)²

21.33 = Perpendicular

Rounding off the value is 21 m
