Use the theorem:

The sum of the two shorter side lengths of a triangle must be greater than the longest side.

Which are the two shorter sides?

Add them up and see whether their sum is greater than the longest side.

Answer:

on a triangle the bottom is always smaller then the two sides , also the two sides should be equal unless it an isosceles triangle. <3 I hope this helps .
