torque ratio is the ratio of its output torque to its input torque.
760/200=3.8
So the answer is C 3.8:1

Answer: C.
3.8:1

Explanation:

We know that the torque ratio is the ratio of its output torque to its input torque.

Given : Input torque :
\tau_i=200\text{ pound-feet}

Output torque :
\tau_o=760\text{ pound-feet}

Then , the torque ratio is given by :-

\frac{{\tau_o}}{{\tau_i}}\\\\\\=(760)/(200)=(3.8)/(1)

Therefore, the torque ratio = 3.8 :1
