A Feature Story doesn't need to have action-oriented openings, or a summary lead, nor answer journalistic questions immediately. It can use an anecdote or a description to set up the story. It uses subjectivity and creativity to set an emotional relation with the readers, it brings information with enternainment.

Answer is D.
