Nausea auditioned for a part in a school play. What should her friend tell her to convince her?

A. Don’t feel bad about the last audition. Try again. You might get lucky this time.

B. “You probably just aren’t good at acting, so maybe you need to find a different hobby.”

C. “Go on and give it another try. What’s the worst that could happen? Besides, those people aren’t gods”

D. “So you didn’t succeed the first time. Let’s go over what you did in that audition and see what areas you can improve on”

I believe the best answer would be D.

This is because the other answers don't really seem too encouraging. For example, the first one is basically saying she doesn't have any skill by saying "you might get lucky". The second one is just common sense that it's discouraging. The third one isn't encouraging either because it's saying that there's a chance she might mess up with the words "What's the worst that could happen?"

Hope this helps.
