Answer:

5x - y = -15

x + y = -3 ===> y = -3 -x

5x - (-3 - x) = -15

5x + 3 - x = -15

5x - x = -15 -3

4x = -18

x = -18/4

x = -4.5

x + y = -3

-4.5 + y = -3

y = -3 + 4.5

y = 1.5

What I got was x= -3 and y=0

5x-y=-15

x+y=-3

y=-3-x

5x-(-3-x)=-15 (solve for X)

x=-3

y=-3-(-3)

y=0

(-3,0)
