y = -2x + 16

Explanation:

The line passes through (6,4)

And has a slope of -2

Taking another point (x,y) on the line;

Slope(m) = change in y ÷ change in x

-2 =
(y - 4)/(x - 6)

Cross multiplying gives;

y - 4 = -2x + 12

y = -2x + 16
