Answer: ⇒ 7x+5y

Explanation:

distributive property: a(b+c)=ab+ac

6(x+y)+x-y

expand

6(x+y)=6x+6y

=6x+6y+x-y

simplify by equation

6x+6y+x-y=7x+5y

=7x+5y

use distributive property

= 6x + 6y + x - y

combine like terms

= (6x + x) + (6y - y)

= 7x + 6y
