Answer: a) A perfect square number should be used for the area of a square so that if we find its side it will give the perfect length of the sides of the square because area of square = side ×side =side²

b)To find the side length of a square we have to find its square root .

side=√area of square

c)No , it is not possible to find a side length that would be perfect for a square with an area of 45 square units as if we find its side we need to find its square root i.e.

................>where √5=2.236... is an irrational

⇒ side=3×2.23.... = 6.708...... unit → which is not accurate we have to take approx value of it to get the side length of the square.
