In point A, there is the most potential energy, this is because it is at the highest point waiting to go down. Point C has less potential energy and more kinetic energy, this is because it is still moving, but is not at the bottom yet. Ex. On a roller coaster, point A is right before you go faster and downhill and point C is a point where you still have speed, but you are slower.
