sorry gonna be kinda long, so first you have to isolate the variable which is p so you have to first get rid of the 5 so you would add 5 to then get rid of the -5 making it zero and to make it balanced you add 5 to 19 which would then be 24 so now you have 24>-4p so next step you have to do opposite operations and isolate the variable again so whats sticking the -4 and p is multiplication so you would divide -4p by -4 and that would give you just p so once again you have to make the equation balanced so you divide 24 by -4 to get -6 so then your whole answer would be -6>p

19 > -4p -5
+5. +5
24 > -4p
÷4. ÷4
-6 > p
