The formula of a slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have (3, 6) and (0, 4)

Substitute:

m=(4-6)/(0-3)=(-2)/(-3)=(2)/(3)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The slope-point formula:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

We have:

m = 2.6 and (-5.1, 3.8)

Substitute:

y-3.8=2.6(x-(-5.1))\\\\y-3.8=2.6(x+5.1)
