Write an equation in slope intercept form (-5,19) and (5,13) i got undefined but big ideas math won't let me type that how to i put in my answer?

`y = 16 - (3)/(5) x`

How you submit that in your onlie env. you have to figure out using the help of that system.

Take the general slope intercept form y = mx + b and fill in both coordinates:

19 = -5m + b

13 = 5m + b

If you add them, you get a new equation with only b:

32 = 2b, so b = 16

Next, you find m, for instance by putting b back into the 2nd formula:

13 = 5m + 16

-3 = 5m

m = -3/5

Now you have found b and m to have the slope-intercept form:

`y = 16 - (3)/(5) x`
