yes because it led to common laws that eventually led to the Parliament in England, which split into two, The House of the Commons and House of the Lords. It is similar to Congress and House of the Senate and the Magna Carta was instrumental in laying a foundation for both governments to model.

Agree, because the Magna Carta was a document that limited the power that kings and queens had which was known as a limited monarchy. This is still used to this day but in terms of presidents. Whenever someone has an idea or a new law it needs to be passed by several different places and people
