Reading to articles on the CIA's functions you discover that both articles have similar opinions and facts but the 1st article's author is a reporter and the 2nd article's author is a former CIA employee which article would be more relevant to your research

The relevant article is a former CIA employee.The reporter can make a fake article because their goal is to make a people read their article, fake or not that's not problem.

The CIA employee make an article based on the situation. But, i don't think they can't give the real answer cause they must keep their company problem and not to publicate.
