The inequality is

-32> -5+9x

We need to isolate x and for that first we need to get rid of 5 by adding 5 to both sides.

-32+5 +-5+9x+5\\-27>9x\\

Now we need to get rid of 9 and for that we divide both sides by 9 .That is

-(27)/(9)>(9x)/(9)

-3>x

x<-3
