First we need to do jeans per hour

"per" means 1 and in this case 3/3 is 1 for us

1/6 / 2/3 or 1/6 over 2/3

To get 2/3 to 3/3 or 1 we need to multiply the reciprocal which is 3/2

If we do that we get 1/6 times 3/2 over 1

1/6 times 3/2 is 3/12 or 1/4

Now we have 1/4 / 1 or 1/4 over 1.

Therefore we can say Harris can sew 1/4 pair of jeans per hour.

2/3 x 6 = 12/3

12/3 = 4 hours (to make the pair of jeans)
