Can someone help me to answer this plss..

The melting point of a lead-free solder alloy is 361°F. Your adjustable-temperature soldering iron is calibrated in °C. The soldering iron must be at least 100°C hotter than the solder melting point to work effectively. What is the minimum operating temperature for the soldering iron?
