x_(1) =-2

x_(2)=3

Slope intercept form: y = mx + b

slope m = –4

equation

y - 3 = -4(x + 2)

y - 3 = -4x - 8

y = -4x - 5 where slope = -4 and y intercept = b = -5

Answer

Y intercept (0, -5)
