So you use the point slope stuff.


y-y=m(x-x)


To find the slope, subtract two y values over two x values that are also sibtracted in the same order.


IN this case, you could do (-4 - 23)/-5 - 10


Which is 9/5


So now you plug in the x and y values (doesnt matter which point)


y+4=9/5(x+5)


Make it slope intercept form


y=9/5x-13
