Y intercept (0, 2) so b = 2

Slope = (2 - 0) / (0 + 3) = 2/3

Equation y = mx + b

In this case slope m = 2/3 and y intercept = b = 2

So equation y = 2/3 x + 2

The answer would be A.) because the rise would be 2 and the run would be 3. It is going through 2 on the y axis so your answer is 2/3 + 2.
