3(y − 2) + 6(x + 1) − 2 = 0

3y - 6 + 6x + 6 - 2 = 0

3y + 6x - 2 = 0

3y = -6x + 2

y = -2x + 2/3

Slope = - 2

Y intercept = b - 2/3

Answer

A. slope = -2, y-intercept = B
