We must follow order of operations so we tould do 3 x 2/3 which is 2 so now we have.

6 + 2 x 4 -10

multiply 2 by four because of order of operations.

6 + 8 - 10

simplify the remaining.

14 - 10

This is not an answer choice but I know for certain this is correct. Where there parenthesis you missed?
